Amicable staff and the room big with bathroom, a sofa sleeper.

The staff here are friendly, the services are excellent, there is a wide variety of delicious food, and the location is stunning and close to The Promenade – I really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings.

I had an incredible stay at this resort. The grounds were meticulously maintained and the pool was clean and spacious. The room size and layout exceeded my expectations, and the kitchen supplies made it easy for me to cook meals. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the parking was free and secure. The location was perfect, situated in the desert but still near everything I needed in the PHX area.

It was all superb.

It was like a real oasis in the desert. The vegetation, the little artificial creek in the inner yard was really nice. Pay attention to the animal world too (lots of birds, rabbits! It has a pool with waterfall. Great facilities in the rooms. The services were very good too (everyday change of the bad and towels).

The resort is conveniently located near numerous attractions and activities in the Phoenix area. It is close to the loop highway, grocery stores, shopping centers like Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, and great restaurants. Additionally, it offers easy access to explore the natural beauty of North Scottsdale and enjoy hiking trails. The rooms are modern, well-stocked with kitchen supplies, and the staff provides excellent service, promptly responding to requests for additional items.

The sofa bed in the small villa was uncomfortable, requiring guests to use the sofa cushions for a better sleeping experience.

The pool is by far the best thing about this resort. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful and the night security guards were very friendly as well. Free parking right outside villa was a bonus. Well kept grounds.

The one bedroom villa although it says sleeps 4 is quite small. We had our two children 10 and 5 yrs with us and we all felt like we were constantly running into each other the layout of the rooms is cramped. Would be better with a king bed and queen sofa sleeper or go for the 2 bdrm villa.

We stayed at this resort from 26th May to 02nd Jun 2011, it is conveniently located not far from Skyharbour airport, 2 hours from Sedona or 4 hours to Grand Canyon. It has shopping facility nearby such as Walmart and several restaurants. The pool is good size and offers some amenities for young children, staff is organising entertainement along poolside and the lounge area is convenient for people who want to read or take a break from the sun in full relaxation.Would suggest to young family and senior couples.

We were a party of five of which one 21years old, to fit all of us in one room was quite hard, though the hotel said that this is normal I found it quite claustrofobic and limiting each other privacy. A note for the like of my size family should be added to the website when booking

This place is conveniently located within walking distance of a great restaurant called Bourbon Steak. The breakfast here is delicious, and the staff is excellent.

Beautiful room, amazing desert landscaping, spa tub in bedroom, various gardens, full kitchen.

No negatives.

The staff here are super professional and know their stuff when it comes to managing parking 🚗.

The room was updated and inviting, with free Wi-Fi.

Great pool and villa, worried about reservation but staff quickly resolved issue. Friendly staff, quick service for towels. Kids loved pool and play areas. Good drinks at pool bar and activities throughout the week. Enjoyed Mother's Day brunch. Would return in the future.
