Overall, the Sheraton Desert Oasis is a solid choice with lovely pools and friendly staff. While it could use better furniture arrangement for added space and a more modern restaurant, the amenities are decent. Clean rooms and good service made for a pleasant experience, though the internet reliability was an issue.

The one-bedroom villa was very spacious, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that made meal prep easy. The jetted bath was a luxurious touch, enhancing the relaxing experience. The pool area was beautifully maintained, although the TV's clunky interface was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the bath towels felt rough against the skin, and the toilet paper quality left much to be desired.

We had an amazing 3-night stay in a spacious Small One-Bedroom King Villa. The hot tub under the waterfall was a favorite! The landscaped hotel is stunning, with kid-friendly playgrounds and a fun game courtyard. Enjoyed our time at the pool where activities kept us engaged!

I truly enjoyed my spacious One-Bedroom King Villa with a cozy fireplace and well-equipped kitchen. The cleanliness of the grounds and the friendly staff made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable, perfectly accessible for seniors like myself.

A few more lounge chairs around the pool would help.

The one-bedroom villa was super spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and in-suite laundry, which was a huge plus. Two outdoor pools were well maintained, and a hot tub was available for relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The decor was nice, and I especially liked the balcony for enjoying the view.

Our stay in a One-Bedroom Smaller Villa with Balcony was fantastic! The kitchenette allowed us to prepare light meals, and we loved using the clean pools for relaxation. The peaceful landscape was perfect for leisurely walks, enhancing our experience.

Loved the cleanliness and pretty landscapes! The pool with a lovely waterfall was such a delight. Having a washer and dryer in the room made packing so much easier!

The furniture was so crammed, I almost needed a map to navigate! And let’s just say the Wi-Fi was playing hard to get—so much for ‘free’ access!

We loved our stay! The staff was super friendly—shoutout to Mo and Blake for being awesome! The pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed some tasty chicken nachos from the splash snack bar. Only thing? The layout could get a bit confusing at times. Overall, we felt like we were in luxury!
